Spa Policies

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- Cancellations or no-shows less than 24-hours notice are charged at full value
- Any product return or exchange must be done within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be present at the time of the service and are valid only for one (1) year.
