- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations or no-shows less than 24 hours notice are charged at full value.
- Any product return or exchange must be done within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable, must be presented at the time of the service, and are valid only for one (1) year.
Lash Extensions
All new clients MUST come in for a consultation before booking. We require a 24-hour patch test for all of our lash and brow services. *No exceptions* If the client fails to come in for the consultation then their appointment is voided and will be canceled. The patch test does not guarantee that you will not have a reaction, and so the client accepts this risk. If for some reason there is an allergic reaction we must remove them for you immediately. You have 48 hours to contact us if you have any issues or concerns.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours for canceling appointments, any no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee. All last-minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked appointment. If you have no-showed in the past, you MUST prepay in full for the amount of your service before you are allowed to book. Showing up for your appointment but not staying to avoid the cancellation fee is unfortunately still the same issue and you will be charged 100%. If you cancel more than two appointments back to back this will result in being terminated as a client. All clients are required to fill out a thorough questionnaire in addition to your patch test. Client assumes all risks in connection with any lash or brow treatments received at Eva Skin Care and releases all technicians from any injuries that may occur.

Welcome to Eva Skin Care, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our website or booking any services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the site or services.
1. General Information
Eva Skin Care, Inc. provides a variety of beauty and wellness services, including facials, massages, nail services, eyelash and brow services, waxing, makeup applications, reflexology, LED light facials, dermaplaning, and eyelash and eyebrow tinting. These services are available for booking through our website and at our physical location in Columbia, South Carolina.
2. User Responsibilities
By booking and attending services with Eva Skin Care, Inc., you agree to the following:
- Cancellation Policy:You must cancel any appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge of 100% of the appointment fee. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full service amount and required to prepay for any future bookings. Repeat last-minute cancellations may result in loss of pre-booking privileges.
- Late Arrivals:If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. However, you will be charged for the full service, and we may need to shorten the appointment time to accommodate other clients.
- Deposits and Prepayment:** A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for certain services. A valid credit card must be kept on file to book appointments.
- Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment to resolve any concerns. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, but we will gladly restyle or correct any issues as soon as possible.
3.Intellectual Property
All images, videos, and other content on our website and in our spa, including but not limited to photographs and promotional materials, are the exclusive property of Eva Skin Care, Inc. If you do not wish to have your photos taken for promotional purposes, please inform your technician, and we will make a note on your record. However, any images used for model sets or specials will remain online for marketing purposes.
4. Liability Disclaimer
By using our services, you acknowledge that Eva Skin Care, Inc. and its staff are not liable for any issues or concerns that may arise during or after a service. Clients are required to fill out a client information form and, in some cases, sign a waiver or consent form before certain services. If you experience any adverse reactions or dissatisfaction with any treatment, you must inform us promptly so we can address the issue as best as possible.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
Eva Skin Care, Inc. uses third-party payment processors, including Square, Inc., to handle bookings, payments, and personal data collection. Personal information, such as your name, email address, and phone number, is stored securely through Square, but we do not store credit card information on our website. You may opt-out of receiving emails or text messages at any time, and you can delete your information from your Square account. 6. Amendments to Terms
Eva Skin Care, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time, without explicit notice. All changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Users agree not to engage in any unlawful or disruptive activities when using our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using the website for fraudulent purposes.

9. Client Consent to Treatment
By booking and attending your appointment, you consent to receiving the services provided at Eva Skin Care, Inc. You also confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical, skin conditions, or allergies that may affect the treatments provided. If you have any concerns regarding a treatment, please discuss them with your technician beforehand.
10. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information. If you suspect that any unauthorized person has gained access to your account, please notify Eva Skin Care, Inc. immediately. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
11. Termination of Access
Eva Skin Care, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or services at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where there is a violation of these Terms of Use, non-payment, or any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the business or other clients.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Columbia, South Carolina.
